New Puppy!
Mhmm... got a new dog today. She's about 9 weeks old, 3/4 german shephard 1/4 husky mix.

You can interchange the link number from 285-292 to see more pictures of her. She's an absolute doll but as I've found out... baths and her don't mix. She climbed up my chest in the tub and when I grabbed her to pull her back... she marked up my back. I now have criss crossing marks from her claws as well as 3 more on my neck where she got me on the way down. Yippie! Least I have pictures of this cutie to explain tomorrow at work just why I have marks on me.
I'm still trying to come up with a name for her... I told Atma she's my dog since I was the one who found her on craigslist and paid for her... and will most likely be paying for her shots and flea meds too since I do that for Luna anyway. Either way... name suggestions would be wonderful. Atma was thinking Sasha but that was the name of my first dog... yeah, it'd be a heart-breaker to name her that.
Either way she'll be coming with me to the Jax Picnic (and hopefully by then she'll learn that she can walk while on the leash or I'll have an arm-dog the entire time!) and I'll be staying in the shade and have lots of water on hand for her...
And now I have her and Luna cuddled up next to me on the floor. I just can't wait for this one to be trained... She already had an 'accident' (can you even call them that? She doesn't know to ask to go outside yet!) and keep wanting to tell her things like lay down, sit, whatever.... and it doesn't work :( So have to get treats on the way home from work...
