You could, however, give him any fuel-efficient vehicle not exceeding three wheels, however. I personally think a trike would be perfect for him.

The contract he signed when he moved in as my roomate. I was under the impression when he signed it that he understood the bipedal locomotive clause was very serious and did in fact pertain to him.

I don't really know why people think I have a sense of humor. I wasn't aware I'd proven myself to have one.

He can't have a car, but if you'd like to trade it in for some sort of Vespa or something and then give it to him, we can talk.
