revived again.
Inspired by yesterday's impromptu walk across "
Our Bridge", decided to wake up 6am this morning for a bit of social jogging. Couldn't find my olde PE shorts, so I wore my "I Want You" boxers. Ran, jogged, walked and, when necessary, rested (i.e. unecessarily every few minutes). Occasionally felt like crap due to poorly digested breakfast banana, but no reason not to pump it again tomorrow. Without the banana.
