Ticketek FAQ:

What if my tickets are lost or stolen?

Reserved seating tickets may be replaced with a Lost Ticket Voucher available from the Venue Box Office 1 hour prior to show time. An administration fee of $10 will be charged.

Please send us an email with an explanation of the situation including,
* your My Ticketek account number
* details of the event including; name, date, time and venue.

Only the credit card holder is entitled to collect the Lost Ticket Voucher upon presentation of their credit card used to make the booking, sufficient photo identification and their My Ticketek account number.

Left the JTicket lying around at home and now they're gone. I'll do some weekend excavation, but if I can't find it, I'll hafta get my kind sister (the credit card holder) to go to Acer Arena after work to get my Lost Ticket Voucher. Does that mean I get to see JT?!
