It's raining...

Somber clouds descended and surrounded the upper floors of the downtown skyscrapers

I wonder what it feels like to have an office in the clouds

to see the mist condense into rain on the other side of the glass

to see the water drops being pulled by gravity onto the Earth's surface

I wonder what it feels like to stand on top of the tallest building at that moment

to feel the mist through my fingers as I spread out my arms

to breathe in the moisture and trapped it in my dried soul

I wonder...

I wonder...

I wonder...

if I fall...
will I be able to fly...
or will I be pulled by gravity...
and fall...

just like a rain drop.
