Cake

I'm obsessed with cake! Not just any cake though- it has to be fantastic and come from a real bakery. If there's anything other than baked goods being made there (ie grocery store)I can't eat it. I literally cannot force my body to eat it! On the other hand, a good slice of cake can own me. I enjoy it like nothing else and make no apologies about it!

My new favorite:
Lemon Cooler from Freeport Bakery in Sacramento: Four layers of buttermilk cake, filled with tangy lemon curd and frosted with Italian buttercream.
