Hi?
It's been almost 6 months since I posted here last. I probably don't even have any friends on here anymore. Now the new thing is facebook/myspace, etc.
I miss posting on here. I have been swamped at work and pretty tired when I come home. We had a person in my group transfer to a different group recently and I have had to take on a lot of additional work. So not a lot of time for me to be on here posting at all.
Some updates....
Conor has finally found a job. He started work 3 weeks ago and really likes it. Now we can start looking into getting a house. We have been waiting to do that for quite some time.
Things haven't really changed much for my family since my sister passed away. This past Saturday marked one year since that day, and very little has changed within my family as far as emotions are concerned. My mom is still in her own little world and does not really seem to want to get help. My sister is beginning to get irritated by all of it, which is sort of annoying to me just because she can be like that at times. I feel bad a lot because I am not there to help.
We still haven't decided on a headstone and it's been a really frustrating experience. There is still dirt and a pile of flowers there all the time but nothing really marking where she is. It's sort of depressing to see. It took my mom almost a year to agree to go and actually look at some options for one.
A bunch of my friends got married and now some of them are going to have children. I feel like I am being left behind haha. Actually, it's sort of weird seeing everyone all grown up and having their own kids.
I hope this is the start of a new posting era on here. I like to read back on all of the things I have written before.
