oakland sublet, available approx. march & april
before i forget again:
i'm very, very likely to be out of town for most of march and all of april, and it'd be nice to save a bit of money by subletting my (furnished) room to someone i know or have some connection to. haven't sorted out exactly how much the sublet would be, but roughly in the range of $300-350/month. it's a sweet little place, located in between rockridge and piedmont ave, comfortable and clean, and my housemate rocks.
let me know if you're interested, and feel free to pass this on to other decent/honest/reasonably clean people-you-know who might need a cheap place to stay in the bay area for a month or two.
