Shopping

Literally the only thing I like about my job is its proximity to multiple shopping centres -- meaning I can use my lunch break to stalk sale items. Today this resulted in me getting a cute raincoat from Urban Outfitters for an amazing £20! (It was originally £75!)

It has ruffles! Like a dress! (I only just realized that the ruffles make it remarkably similar to my existing winter coat. Ahahaha. I lame.)

Close up. It has 3/4-length sleeves, which is the reason I didn't buy it when it was £35. But, whatever! For £20, I'll buy wrist-warmers!

Hood. For getting away with murder.

Last week, I also got a Roxy fleece at half price. It's surprisingly classy. I also own a classy grey Billabong dress. Surf/skate brands = secretly chic.

It's kinda militaristic and it zips right up to the top. Awes.

I didn't get this on sale (in fact, it was a present from my mum -- she enables my Hello Kitty habit horribly), but just for reference, this is what I'm wearing right now. Hello Kitty is an environmentalist.

Happy Nicola. (For values of "happy", see also: manic. I have been up since 5:15 this morning. Crikey.)

I don't have it handy, in order to camwhore it, but I also got a purple top from Ted Baker in the sales. And today I had to be very strong to stop myself from buying a blue jersey dress, also on sale in Ted Baker. Unnngh. Ted Baker has officially replaced French Connection as the store that I will buy my entire wardrobe from when I am rich. :|
