The crunch generation Good article from last weekend's Guardian, which sums up everything I'm feeling now -- and, in fact, everything I was feeling even before the recession. Because, no matter how cynical I may profess to be, a part of me did think that, after excelling at school for *mumble* years, I would walk out of university and actually get a job. Not the truth. If it weren't for my parents supporting me through unemployment and an internship, I wouldn't even have the precarious, underpaid job I have now.
