Uhhh... WHUT. Apparently Ted Leo is playing in Bristol next week ON A BOAT. Seriously: on a boat. o__O I keep waiting for someone to jump out and yell gotcha! Because... TED LEO ON A BOAT = best gig idea ever?
Anyway, onto something that actually is a joke:
Via missmomoko, Freema Agyeman on Virgin Radio (there's a link on the page to download it). Skip to 56:10 when a caller, "Derek" phones in to speak to "Freeda". Derek is actually David Tennant prank-calling and it is the funniest damn thing. Things to note:
1/ "Derek" is Bristolian, which cracks my shit up, obviously. I wish I didn't know people like Derek. But I do. :|
2/ David and Freema's rapport once he reveals himself is adorable! Awww!
