I guess I was out of the country during the year that Russell Brand went from being That Dude who presents Big Brother's Big Mouth to being... y'know, *blinkblink* the astonishing being of revulsion/desire that he is today. Anyway, he makes me laugh. I dunno. Admittedly, it doesn't take much to make me laugh. I think Jimmy Carr is funny. :/ Noel Fielding, meanwhile, is pretty and gay and... did I mention the pretty and the gay?

There is nothing I don't love about the way Jeff is sitting. <3
If you follow my emo boy crushes (.....), you may recall that I am totally in love with the guitar/bassists of Say Anything. They're pretty! They're also the sunshine and light in contrast to Max Bemis' scary intensity. It works. When I saw SA supporting Dashboard Confessional and the snooty pop fans ignored the band, Jake bitched them out... but nicely! \o/
Anyway, it turns out they have a band called XO. I'm downloading their music. I (rather uncharitably) predict they will suck. But maybe they won't! Maybe they're awesome. Maybe they'll be really successful and famous and the stigma of wanting to write RPS about them will be reduced.
Also: I find it endlessly hilarious that XO's drummer is named... Ryan Ross! ...bwah!
