Too Much....
You know, I keep looking in my closet and see all the stuff we have crammed in there (mainly for a lack of ANY other storage space in this apartment), and I'm so driven to want to have a yardsale. Maybe in the spring....
The only problem with that idea is, well, my neighbors. More specifically, my neighbors' daughter, who parks under our overhang in the carport and nearly hits us if she's hauling ass into OUR lot to park there when we're outside or (even more frustrating) walking the cats. I'm half afraid that we'd set everything up, and she'd pull in and run over most of our stuff and try to run us off just because we took her spot...it took the longest time to train her not to park in my spot or Kyle's. *sigh*
Am I wrong for wanting the lot that's attached to the apartment to be totally OURS? I mean, we're the only tenant, as the doctor's office and the florist shop both use the private customer's lot on the other side of the car port. In addition, the apartment comes with the little lot of our own plus two spots under the shelter of the car port....and yet our NEIGHBORS somehow park their van in the second spot and constantly use the overhang. Poor Kyle has to park in the lot by their yard, and they at first tried to begrudge us even that! They actually thought that one car for the both of us would be sufficient for our needs!
Oh well...one good thing...that building is in the process of being sold, and one can always hope that the new landlord will kick them out of the second spot so we can FINALLY use our spot for once. I wonder what the neighbors would say about that? ^_^;;
