translation: Horitsuba drama CD 1

Jun 24, 2006 07:44

I wasn't really intending to translate the Horitsuba drama CD (at least not anytime soon), but... Well, I really didn't want to do my homework. Amazing what a motivating factor that is, isn't it?

Nah, it's okay; I just finished finals today, so I've been rather busy myself.

You're quite welcome! ^_^ If you give me your e-mail address, I'll send you the text. Will your computer display it correctly if I just paste it into the body of the mail, or would it be better to send the document as an attachment?

Yup, the credits are inside the front cover of the CD case. There's no furigana, though, and I'm lousy at reading names, so there are one or two I'm not quite sure about. Also, there's no specific mention of the composer, I'm afraid. Still, here's what they listed:

Original Author: CLAMP
Script: Ohkawa Ageha (CLAMP)
Illustrations: CLAMP
Sound Supervisor: Nakano Tooru (なかの とおる)
Effects: Nosaki Hiroki (野崎博樹)
(looking him up on Anime News Network, I can't help but notice his only previous job doing sound effects was for an OVA called Bondage House...)
Sound Mixer: Hirooka Nobutaka (廣岡信貴)
Sound Editor: Matsunaka Hideki (松中秀紀)
Recording Studio/Sound Production: HALF H.P. STUDIO
Sound Production Chief: Shimazaki Kanako (島崎加奈子)
Sponsor: Marin Entertainment
Presentation Producer: Nishikawaji Kenta (西川路健太)
Presentation Assistant: 藤巻心
Design: Hirota Takayuki, I think? (広田隆之)
In cooperation with: Kaneniwa Kozue (金庭こず恵)

Hope that helps a little, anyway!

I'm terribly busy these days too, so don't worry ^^u Thanks for the credits! (don't know why, but both my boyfriend and I had the feeling that the composer wouldn't appear in them ·_·). Don't worry about the names, I usually give up if it's a a little bit difficult to read, and end up using Google to see if I can come up with some information about the person, and hopefully, his/her name's reading -_-

Supposedly, Thunderbird should have no problem displaying japanese text... but sometimes it crashes when it feels like it, so I think it'd be better as an attachment. You can send it to meru {@} sadame.org ^^

(the Bondage House thing was pretty interesting to know, LOL)
