(no subject)
I just got back from the Oriental Theater in Milwaukee. Me, Liz, and our friend Ed from work went to go see Steamboy, and let me tell you, it was freaking AWESOME.
The details, the animation, I mean damn. If I had tried to draw even a still shot from just one scene, I would have gone insane and jabbed my eyes out with a spork.
I won't mention the getting lost and nearly missing the movie part, cause I'm sure you all could guess that would happen. But seriously, if any of you have a chance to go see it, do it.
Now. I'm gonna go play some Mortal Kombat. Running around and punching people in Konquest mode is the funniest thing I've seen in forever.
It was like this.
Old Man : "Hey sonny..."
Me : *punch* *splat* *old man lays in a pool of blood*
The old man got up, shook it off, and walked back to his house. I'm thinking, hmm, near death experience, and he didn't call the guards or anything! So I waltz up to talk to him.
Old Man : "You should respect your elders! Just for that, I'm not telling you where the lady dances naked in front of her window!"
Me: "AWWW CRAP!!!" *looks at Liz* "I should probably stop hitting people huh?"
