These are the concluding parts of act 1, act 2 and act 3 of the Bolshoi Ballet Spartacus, choreographed by Yuri Grigorovich, to music by Aram Khachaturian. Spartacus is played by the dynamic Ivan Vasiliev, who not only is an amazing dancer, but whose dramatic eyes tell the whole story. His partner in Spartacus, Nina Kaptsova is also blessed with amazing eyes that penetrate an audience. Alexander Volchkov plays the Roman general Carssus. The fourth major role of Aegina, is not shown dancing, but Maria Allash comes out for final curtain calls. The chroegrapher, Yuri Grigorovich, also comes out at the end, to take curtain calls at the age of 83 years old.
