Some of you know my dog, Kai.  He's an idiot, but a really lovable, good-natured idiot.  I've often described him as a tongue attached to a dog.  The worst thing that would happen to a thief at my house is that he'd get covered in slobber...  Anyway.  Tonight Kai had a seizure.  He's on his way here from the vet's.  They took a bunch of blood and

Sending healthy dawgie vibes Kai's way! If it makes you feel better, our sweet border collie Jewel had a seizure years ago right after she joined our family. It was just the scariest thing to see and probably far scarier for her, poor thing. They did the blood workups and tests and had us watch her ... and it never happened again. *mentally counting* Its been 6 years. So I'll send up those good thoughts for Kai and expect him to live up to her example.

I do hope Kai follow's Jewel's suit. And you're absolutely right--can't tell you what sort of a cold pit hit the center of my stomach... Poor puppy.
