Doctor's Diary.
Summary ( I tried my best not to spoil anything ) -- This show is a mix of Bridget Jones's Diary and Grey's Anatomy. Gretchen Haase is a doctor. In the very beginning of season one, she was getting married but her husband cheated on her. So she obviously called off the wedding and moved back into her parents house and began to work as a doctor at her father's hospital. There she finds Marc Meier and Mehdi Kaan who are also doctors. All you basically need to know about these two in season one is that Gretchen goes waaay back with Marc, since they were kids. Marc used to make fun of her and she really liked him ~back in the day. Marc can also be described as a player/ladies man in season one. Mehdi and Gretchen had a 'thing,' but he has had a wife in a coma for the longest time ever + he has a daughter. Oh, and there's this bitch girl named Gabi and she loves Marc, but the feeling isn't mutual. She ends up ruining everything for Marc & Gretchen who should be together forever by apparently blackmailing him and getting him to marry her.
Then in season two ( if I can remember correctly ) -- Marc calls off the engagement because he hates a certain bitch. Gretchen runs into a very arrogant, millionaire named Alexis von Buren and they don't like each other for a while, then I guess Alexis starts to like her and she evidently returns the feeling. All the while, Mehdi and Marc do not like it at all and fight for her. I'm not gonna tell you everything in between because it's really just drama from being a doctor and Marc figuring out that he loves Gretchen. Oh, and Gretchen gets married in the end to the millionaire. Marc does not approve, obv.

NOTE: I have absolutely no idea where you can watch the previous episodes, except on RTL now. But all the episodes cost 0,99 € or you can buy a deal for I think 4,99 € (only for one season/staffel). So, if you live in Europe, it'll work for you, but for all the people in America, ... I honestly have no idea. It sucks, haha. I do know that when a new episode is aired, it's online for a couple days then you have to pay to watch it. But, I'm not sure when season three starts.
