while i have a job. i am still in the no insurance catagory.
we use melatonin...whole foods - the spray or spray seems to work better than the chewables...trader joes also has some chewables that work when i take about 2-3 of them. i get insomina about 3-4 times a month and it sucks many many eggs. but seriously - aside from the other activites i do to relax, the melatonin seems to help!
