1. Take your picture, resize it and crop it.


2. Create a new curves layer:
RGB
point 1: 134 175
point 2: 203 237
green
point 1: 184 200
blue
point 1: 103 106
point 2: 185 216



3. Add a selective color layer:
reds: +90 0 -82 0
yellows: -78 +84 -21 0
cyans: +70 -8 -67 0
whites: -32 +46 +100 0
neutrals: -27 -9 -12 0



4. To add red color in the grass create a new layer and paint the bottom with a red brush, the new layer should be something like this. Set the layer to soft light, 76% opacity.


5. Create a new color balance layer:
midtones: +8 +2 -42
shadows: -16 -3 -7
highlights: +13 -13 -16



6.Add another selective color layer:
reds: +1 +16 -47 0
cyans: +100 +26 -80 0
whites: 0 +4 -100 0
neutrals: +7 -14 -6 0



7. Set this texture by urbanstrokes to multiply, 55% opacity


8.Set this texture by urbanstrokes to darken, 19% opacity


9.Set this texture by innocent_lexys to ligthen, 22% opacity


10.Set this texture by innocent_lexys to darken, 34% opacity


11. Add some text. I wrote life is wonderful, with the font 32768 NO.


12. Finally create a new selective color layer:
reds: -22 0 -23 +11
cyans: +79 0 -25 0
