Smoking ban
I heard that this rule will affect all of Washington, but I'm not sure.
As far as I understand it, smoking will be banned in all indoor public places starting December 8th. Amazingly, this includes bars. This rule does NOT affect tribal land, so the casino I work in is about to become one of the smokier places in the state.
While this sucks because I'm not a big fan of having smoke around all the time, it could also open some doors for me. Our bar is likely to become massively popular, so I have been nudging the bar supervisors about transferring me over as a bartender-in-training.
