Is this place inhabited by naught but fools and madmen? The Malnosso, loathesome as they are, gave us all a warning, however cryptic. We haven't been able to avoid or halt anything else our captors have thrown at us, so why should this be any different? Thus far you have all done your best to get yourselves killed or wounded or worse.
My family had best not be this foolish. (Susanne, if you attempt to leave the house while this monstrosity is on the rampage, so help me I will bind you to the wall.)
That aside, unless you are already outside or are searching for someone, I highly recommend staying indoors. We don't have enough doctors who can help with sheer idiocy.
