1. Take your picture, resize it and crop it.
2. Paste this texture by sanami276 and set it to overlay, 54% opacity.
3. Now paste this texture by sanami276 and set it to darken.
4. Set this texture by innocent-lexys and set it to screen, 62% opacity.
5.Paste this texture by sanami276 and set it to darken, 27% opacity.
6. Now is time to add a stronger coloring using a selective coloring layer:
reds: -15 +25 +19 0
whites: +8 +16 -12 0
neutrals: +9 +19 -3 0
7. I made this icon in photoshop CS4, if you have another version, you may do this step in other way. So, create a exposition layer and change the settings: +0,03 -0,0131 0,84
