[the connection opens a video, and Xanxus isn't seen and it's blurred white until the large cat moves past it, but not before Vesta's tail slaps the screen. It shakes, throwing the camera out of focus, and when it stops, it's focusing on the ground on a pool of dark red liquid. It appears to be attempting to dry, but not doing so very successfully.
A low growl from the boxed weapon, still off screen before the camera is moved casually up to follow the pool to its source: which would be Eike's crumpled body, that looks relatively unharmed despite it being pretty obvious he's not.
-that is until Xanxus moves forward and uses his foot to roll the body over for a look at the face and even in the dark, it's pretty clear there is something fucking wrong considering the gaping bloodied sockets where there probably should have been some eyes.]
Just like some piece of shit horror movie. And she's got a cast of fucking morons just waiting to be picked off.
Guess almost getting the little ice brat wasn't good enough for her. [he flips the camera off, switching the feed to voice only, but says nothing in the end and ends the transmission.]
