Zibbet VS Etsy
Открыла магазин на ресурсе Зиббет - так как Етси постепенно превращается во второй е-бай, а хочется продавать свои торения все таки на площадке специализирующейся на хендмейд. И не успела еще и 1 позицию продать как - Упс! - доброжелатели жмут кнопочку репорт что я занимаюсь перепродажей масспродукта...эээ... сказать что я в ступоре - ничего не сказать. Неужели теперь не вызывает сомнений что сделано твоими руками только в том случае - если фотка темная-явно-не-профессиональная? (а то что 3 года я это дело доводила до ума и еще есть куда работать наверное другие 3 года - ничего?)
И теперь дилемма: А КАК ДОКАЗАТь что это именно ты сделала, а не мама-подружка-соседка?.. Видео каждого процесса теперь делать что ли?.. У нотариуса заверять?
В общем , стоит ли уходить с Етси - если на более "принципиальном" ресурсе тебя за каждую позицию станут подозревать и перепроверять, а сама ли это сделала?...
Не знаю что и сказать. Написала им пространное и грустное письмо. Неужели они сами не понимают, что если не разбираются визуально что делается вручную а что - явный китайский ширпотреб - то скоро их завалят этими репортами и перепроверками?.. И будут они только этим и заниматься?
Ведь кнопку репорта чаще жмут не покупатели потенциальные, а -конкуренты.

regarding photo you ask - I do not have pictures with me doing jewelry, not video (yet), as I concentrate on doing good pictures of items I sell rather than me sitting and making them...
I understand the policy of zibbet regarding handmade and THIS WAS THE REASON I TRANSFER MY ITEMS FROM ETSY - hoping that zibbet after some time will become a better choice for customers looking for handmade items, not mass product.
And I am really frustrated that I have been reported and punished in the first weeks of my start..:-(
I am really surprised that you do not know which items are handmade and just trust to the report, the ring for example is produced by many-many other craftsmen as it is very popular,using the same way to do it - glue cabochon to the base,

They are all handmade, from the supplies which a widely sold. These supplies are probably on zibbet too.
It is a very easy item to make so I find appropriate to offer it as promotion not making profit even loosing money - just to build up customer base, to attract people to buy !!!
How can be the price a reason to suspect me and report and punish?.. :-(
the earrings snowflake used to be a necklace once. I did earrings from that necklace details as I find it better design for earrings and used brand new earwires.
I paid for 1 yearpremium to give it a shot and actually planning to fill the store with much more items - my inventory is more than 500 now I do sell in several online store as well as in city stores...and I have really limited time, if every time someone feels like to report my item to you and I have to provide photos and explanations etc... I just would not be able to spend so much time!!! :-( I do everything myself starting looking for supplies, then design, then production , then photos (took me 3 years to master them to do the way you can see them), then retouching the photos, then putting online, then promoting in social network then pushing sales again and again developing marketing to each store then packing (and starting this year I do my own packing too, boxes by hand), then shipping... Please understand. I hardly have even time to put online my tutorials, even I have some pictured... here is one:

Now with so much work I do not see how I will have to answer you every time item is said to you "not handmade, check" , also YOU MIGHT BE OVERWELMED with reports when - let's speak openly some sellers are trying to push competitors away by doing this - so it might become busy for both sides zibbet and seller.
I am really frustrated that you suspected me in massproduct, you have no idea how bad this made me feel after all! :-((((((((((
Is there any way you can check once and see that I am doing it myself?
You can call +1 - XXXXXXX, or see me on skype - I will produce the ring and earrings out of necklace right in front of your eyes, or any other proof that I am the one who does it - but do it ONCE let's say even - once a year, so we can save time for both side - seller and zibbet office?..
Can something be done not to make me punish every time you are not sure it's handmade, every-evry time someone just pushes the report item?..
I really cannot give such big explanations every time...I give up! :-(
If you have to delete my items every time report comes and I cannot give 48 hours explanations...please let cancel my account and refund the payment - it' been only 10 days and I did not sell anything, I really cannot spend time more... I would be upset to do it - but I will have no choice. You do not probably realize how much work some of us do. To do it by hand and look at the same time - professional. To do all the rest job to sell it.
