Celtic Cherokee (aka Beck) has been making icons and graphics since the late '90s and loves bold colors and high contrast. She co-runs citadel_icons with a longtime friend and they also ran still_epics together. More recently, she's focused on GIFs and icons for roleplay purposes (see: screencaps).
