(superb lighting that gives so much depth to the image! The crop is lovely and so is the coloring, so warm and pretty!)
(Fantastic cropping here and I really dig the dramatic shadows&contrast)
(Love the lighting again, especially how she sort of blends with the background, it's very smooth and beautiful ♥)

Also lol at us having almost the same text for the Thenardier cap :D It's such a funny scene so no wonder both of our minds went there!

is more like CREEP EXTRAORDINAIRE ngl, because I never realised before how much she looks like some kind of drowned sea-creature hungry for the Thenardiers' blood D: D: D: lol
AND OF COURSE, ONCE AGAIN, CAN WE TALK ABOUT HOW OUR BRAINS WENT TO THE SAME PLACE WITH EVERYONE'S DARLING COLETTE? I can't believe I got the line wrong >_< but it was definitely one of the highlights of the scene. The Thenardiers pretending to be doting parents to her is never not funny (like M. Thenardier saying Valjean stole darling Colette from him, and then Mme. Thenardier chimes in with "Yeah, and me." And of course, M. Thenardier calling her "dear Courgette," which makes me think I should have put a floating zucchini above her head in the icon instead.) 9-26

IKR. And it's not just the quote, we also both had a cursive font, a pretty large font size, and a bit of rotation! :D But great minds think alike right? Sometimes a cap just screams for something and well who are we to resist!
Do you have an icon journal/community btw? It's weird cause I know a ton of iconers yet for some reason hadn't even heard of you before so the awesomeness of your icons was a total surprise! I'd definitely like to see more but couldn't find a link to an icon comm anywhere :<
Can't stop chuckling at Courgette, and I love those little comments from the Thenardiers too, they're so funny in the movie. They sound more scary and creepy in the book though but I haven't read all of it yet so we'll see!

LOL YES. The cursive kind of looks similar too (sort of) and the rotation. And the Thenardiers' faces are totally all "haha look at us, campaigning for Parents For the Year Award," so ofc we went there >_<
I don't have an icon comm mostly because I don't make good icons with enough consistency to make a separate comm lol. Usually I use this tag on my lj.
OH GOD FINISH THE BOOK. THE THENARDIERS ARE NIGHTMARISH. Mme. Thenardier is like the knitting woman from Tale of Two Cities, only brawnier, ergo even more dangerous. Their lines are pure win in the movie, though *__* Like when M. Thenardier finds Valjean in the sewer: "Hey, you're alive? Oh cool. Btw, I'm the one who saved you. Cheque, please."
