Hi there, I don't know if you'll see this since this story is a couple years old and I'm not sure if you even use livejournal anymore but I really wanted to tell you how I feel about this fanfic. I first read it back when you were still updating and then as I'm sure you know, life came around and I sorta forgot about it. However, a few days ago I remembered it, looked it up, reread the whole thing, and the last chapter posted. I thought it was weird how you hadn't updated in a while and then I saw your response to another reader about how it was now dead and will not be completed. I'm not here to beg you to resurrect it but just to say that I genuinely believe this is the best fanfiction I have ever read. The way the world was developed and how each character had depth behind them is something very rare in fanfiction, let alone any form of literature nowadays. The plot and the weaving of events and characters made it so easy to get sucked into the world and you were able to write in a way that made the reader feel as if they were a part of the journey as well. I have yet to find any other piece of writing to make me feel that way. It's unfortunate that we will never know the ending but I wish you the best of luck in all that you do and I think the ending of it is just as great as the story itself, maybe even a little fitting in a way. After all, nothing resonates more with the human soul than the longing of knowing the answers to all the what ifs and premature endings in life. Beautiful piece of work and I sincerely hope you continue to write. You are talented beyond belief :) Thank you!
