Her lips are sealed shut,
Her heart racing within her chest
And tears are leaking down her face
Pulling her in and out of reality
And she watches her slow demise
A quiet sob here, or there
But she keeps a happy smile on her face
Playing along with the role she was handed
She's slowly breaking down,
Uncomfortable in metal chains
But she can't scream out,
It would be weak compared to everything
Breath, she whispers to her mind
Her heart beginning to crack
And the bad news just keeps coming
And she's skidding off the track
Would screaming do this justice?
Would releasing everything as she sob's on the floor?
Her heart beat is healthy, her body alive
But she's losing someone she loves to something so deadly.
Deadly, deadly, deadly
