On the home stretch.

Well, all I have left is one more paper. I've got three out of 12-15 pages, so I need at least 9 more. Strangely, I am unworried about this. I remember when I used to freak out about 5 page papers, but now I seem to just crank this shit out. The other thing is, I've lowered my standards a bit. I'm still more or less a perfectionist, but recently I'm starting to shoot for decent instead of perfect. By comparison, it feels so good.

I'm heading home on Thursday morning and giving Tara and Lizzie rides to RDU. It's not en route, but also not excessively far out of the way, and 'tis the season, right? Right. I'm hoping to see Joe when I'm home. He just got his wisdom teeth out, but if all is well, we're thinking of going up to Virginia for the weekend and getting some great outdoors in. I hope that works out.

Sadly, I am still in complete and utter denial about certain friends graduating/leaving for a semester/etc. I don't know when it will hit, but probably when I have some time to chill out proper-like.

I am wearing a Superman shirt today. I think it will help with this last paper. Up, up, and away!
