Ok ok ok I actually had something to post about, but where the fuck did the LJ summer banner go? Summer is not over yet bitches! Put the flowers and pastel colors back up!
Leaving Colorado tomorrow, quite excited. Like the freedom of going on a roadtrip and being able to pack up and leave at any time. Also, the homeless people/random hippies were starting to freak me out. When they start yelling at me and M. "Beautiful ladies! Can you spar any change?" it gets a little freaky. Hippies! I thought you were all self-supporting and shit! Why do you need my change?
Was sitting in the park with M. today, watching bikers zoom by. Particularly grungy dudes next to us were giving us really freaky looks. Not the "You are attractive!" but the "ARE YOU UNDERCOVER COPS THAT ARE GOING TO INTERRUPT OUR DRUG DEALINGS?!?!" Seriously. I could read the all-caps in their looks. The passed things around, zoomed away, and then came back giggling. They're not used to people-watchers, I guess? And probably really paranoid. I've never seen an undercover cop, but I'm pretty sure they don't look like me.
