Do you remember the first Hallowe'en I was here, how we got a strange note on the doorstep? I finally know what it's about! I came home this afternoon to find a pumpkin basket laden with goodies (including a super cute Frankenstein's monster coffee mug) on the doorstep, and an explanatory note. Basically, "boo"ing your neighbor is like Secret Santa, only with Hallowe'en treats. I love it!!! To keep it going, you're supposed to hang the enclosed sign ("We've been Booed!") on your door, then "boo" two of your neighbors who do NOT have boo signs posted. I'm seriously excited to hit the dollar store and go to town. I even have neighbors in mind...
