Jamison: So, I reply and tell him that: in the first case, [Backups Administrator's name deleted] does not do laptops backups so she would not know; in the second case, this is not a change in policy since this has been true for at least the past six years; in the third case, Legal knows this already; and, the reason Legal knows it already is because we've been asking you to get us a data retention policy for longer than that. If you've now got one I would very much like to see it, could you please send it to me so we can make sure we're compliant with it.
