I probably should not bother, but I am going to warn you anyway. I've got some rambling thoughts I am about to put down about our culture of victims and happy drugs. Some of you are going to take things I say here very personally, and I'd rather not piss you off. So, if my making comments about the sheer numbers of people all "suffering from ( Read more... )

Sing it, Sistah!

(Really. I've said various similar things myself in the past, though I didn't know about all the cool ceremonial stuff you mentioned. Aldous Huxley was right about many things, I fear.)

Is it just that people with depression, ADD, OCD, Asperger's Syndrome, Anxiety, usw tend to hang out with each other; so, the fact that I know a few means that I know a lot?

Hey, I don't have OCD! That's an unfair characterization!

Ultimately, I agree with everything you've said.

I discovered sometime in college that I am, basically conservative, although I disagree rather stridently on almost everything with so-called political conservatives in this country. They would probably lable me a moderate if they weren't too busy screaming that I am a radical liberal because I disagreed with them.
