Went shopping recently to get something nice to wear to
kaleidoscopeeye and
rjr's wedding. Richard wanted to get a suit and we found a nice Calvin Klein on clearance at Macy's Men. The narrow fit of Calvin Klein suits works well for him. Supposedly we can pick it up from the tailor thursday night. That's cutting it a bit close since we're flying out friday morning, but what'reyagonnado.
Next we stopped into Anne Taylor where I found a great outfit which would have look really sharp on someone whose tits were half the size of mine, or less. Moving on towards Macy's, I noticed a few things I liked in a small boutique's window. They weren't what I was looking for, but I liked the style; so we ducked in for a look. I found something very nice, but a little pricier than I generally go for. Oh, well. It's not like I shop like this more than once every three years or so. And, really, when I actually find something I like, I should just get it and nevermind about the price (unless it is really really ridiculous). I am picky and rarely find things I really like. Richard liked it, too. He really sold it, I think.
The biggest problem with shopping for nice things is that I am shaped like someone's matronly mother-in-law; but I'd really rather not dress like it. I'm still hip, damnit.
