Yuletide 2017
Hello there, Yuletide author!
It's my 11th Yuletide, and at this point I've been lucky enough to receive fic for all the fandoms and pairings I have really yearned for. Now I just want to read a fun story, and I feel like the notes I gave in my signup were all that I really needed to convey in terms of preferences, because I want to give my wonderful author free reign to write what they want! But feel free to leave an anonymous comment if you want any clarification!
Howl Series - Diana Wynne Jones
Love Howl and Sophie, would love to see what happens post-book. I feel like Howl being humbled by his children (all girls, naturally) would make for an adorable story!
Fire and Hemlock - Diana Wynne Jones
Dark, angsty/brooding, happy ending preferred. I just don't buy the fact that Tom and Polly can never be together!
12 Dancing Princesses
I love this fairy tale, and I'd love to see any take on it you want! I'd rather it be set in a more traditional/medieval setting (nothing modern) but other than that... put your own twist on it!
General notes: slash/wlw or mlm is fine. Explicit is fine. Dark is fine, but would prefer it not to be super dark like violence/torture, etc. Fluff is fine too!
