ho ho ho. ichi is back from saint louis, y'all.
what an awesome city! i had the best time, everrr. everybody was friendly, really and i'm looking forward to revisiting at a later time. i'm not going to share pictures unless you all want me to and, if so, you'll have to wait until monday because Cricket has all the best pictures ever. will better than mine.
One thing I especially loved was the fact St Louis had TEA SHOPS. TEA FUCKIN' SHOPS. I was like ":DDDD" everywhere in the tea shops because i've never seen one before. so, i bought tea cups and some very different types of tea :) i absolutely love the varieties on Black Tea. Oh god, I love Black Tea.
Hard Rock Cafe is another AWESOME thing on my list and I am determined to be like Dave and try to hit every single location :) Haha.
MUCC was awesome at performing with such a hard headed audience, btw. with their little knowledge on English, Tatsurou still managed to get the crowd screaming and really hyped. you could tell they've been doing lives longer than all the bands there.
Idiot Pilot, who went on before MUCC, totally introduced D'espairs Ray, lolll. I was like, "wronggg band, little guy." But Idiot Pilot were awesome, too... They need to work on stop screaming and pole dancing, haha. But, I ♥ them.
MUCC played Libra! If you know me at all, you know how close I hold that song to my heart. i have listened to that song around 100 times and, blah blah blah. i finally had the chance to see it live and that made the happiest girl in the world, actually.
Tatsurou slipped on something and caught himself, but the show went on. it was funny. Tatsurou was barefoot sooo... but it was neat how i think no one noticed except the group around me.
We, cricket and I, had floor tickets, but the floor tickets where right there where the stage was, omgogmogm. I was less than 20 feet away from MUCC.
Tatsurou was actually a very happy, peppy person. He kept talking and sometimes it sounded like he kept repeating, "Chuck Norrisssss." Many a teens were laughing and making fun of that... Which, I think, you'll hear in the videos cricket took :)
edit ; when they came out to do the signing, everyone whopped them and clapped. MUCC looked shocked as hell then they smiled. hell, i was surprised. but happy ♥
They shake your hand at the signing and Tatsurou chuckled at my shirt ("Please don't urinate here" in Japanese) and said, "Funny."
God, it was greatttt.
I also have Idiot Pilot's autograph and had the chance to ask them a couple of questions, haha.
Anyway, I'm tired and have to go throw my pillows in the dryer.
