Regarding a certain missing photo frame

Scarlet's missing photo frame seems to have fallen into my hands. I had been curious about it since her post--whatever is in it must be important to her, or she wouldn't have put out a bulletin for it. So, when I found it sitting outside her office, I naturally felt the need to pick it up.
I wouldn't want anything to happen to it before she found it again, after all.
It would seem there is nothing in the frame besides the picture, which was of a couple of children on a swing set, one of whom is presumably Scarlet. The back of the photo had some printing information on it, which I've noted down and stored somewhere safe, just in case it happens to lead to anything interesting.
To be honest, I'm a little disappointed. It was really just a picture?

I believe I found your photo frame. Plain design, silverish color, correct? It was sitting by a garbage bin. I guess whoever took it decided they didn't want it.
