a day prematurely begun
in the midst of all her fun
up and adam with none around
down and eve as she bears down
on the north side carefree
the west side is expecting me
they want my blood and sweat without the tears
and screams exclusive to my ears
showers fight pills
like electric eels
but water runs dry
