A little better...

My fortune started off on the right track, and I guess didn't actually go bad per se. I had so much other stuff to do there was no time for judo. I stopped by late anyway, with hopes that I'd see our accupressure wizard. No such luck, and today was the last day. At the arcades though, a most kidnappable girl wanted to play Pump it Up DX but was too shy. She wanted someone to guide her through it...what, you've guessed where I come in? Kee hee hee. I made a pretty good impression despite the fact that the intense LA heat made me "glisten", but still she took off before I could get more desirable information out of her. Heheheh...HAA-HA-HA-HA! Feels just like old times, except I don't suck so bad anymore.

Oh wait, this was about my karma today. I came home to discover my mom had not gotten back from shopping, and felt a little pessimistic about the fact that she wouldn't be able to cook soon enough for me to disembark for training. But then when she did come home she had an energy drink thingy that advertises working like a meal, which she got simply because of a nice discount. Yoink!

Except my good fortune stopped about there. During training, I had many a fall to take. And, I overestimated my back's endurance. The pain got dizzying, to the point where I didn't want to take any more falls and I could barely pay attention to the instruction. Yeah yeah, my fault for abusing myself like this... but I really need to work on it steadily! I think I'll give in and stay away until I'm better, though... I definitely do not want to do that to myself again. My kingdom for Homer's Spine-o-Cylinder!

Note to self: spend more time with opposite sex in any way possible, whether they like it or not.
