Summary: When practicing speech for his wedding, Jared cries.
… all those years I’ve been knowing you - I get to realize how much I love you.
And Jared looked up, taking in the faces before him, all those happy, touched faces, some with tears gleaming in their eyes, and he felt like crying himself.
This was not right. It couldn’t be. This wasn’t how things were supposed to happen. Not to the wrong person.
Jared’s fingers were tightly clutching his laptop, lines of words starting to get blurry. He chuckled a little but it went out wrong with him beginning to sniff and his own eyes were getting wet. He coughed into his fist in an apologizing manner and he saw some who were present were smiling and nodding at him as if they understood.
When nobody else believes, you’re always there by my side…
More heads nodded as Jared stopped reading and squeezed his eyes shut, pinching the bridge of his nose. No, damn it. Stop it. But they were there for him and he couldn’t imagine if he ruined it all.
I’ll be the man that you deserve.
And in his heart he begged and pleaded. Jensen, I’m sorry.
