Summary: On Valentine’s Eve, Jared sings, “I love Jennifer Eccles.”

Jared feels miserable. It's three months now Jensen’s moved in with him to his Vancouver house, but still nothing happens. He thought everything would be as smooth as the top layer of Top Gun Hot Pot’s egg custard tarts. Jensen moved in, they kissed, and the rest, like they say, would be history.
But that’s not what happened.
What really happens is that Jensen is still as oblivious as he’s always been. And after everything Jared’s done, asking him out to the best steak house in town, ordering him his favorite Chinese food, casually draping an arm over Jensen’s shoulder while snuggling together on the couch one Friday night, still Jensen finds all of those actions normal between friends.
Well, not anymore. After this one, Jared guarantees nothing will make Jensen think it’s just friends between them.
Jared almost stumbles over a brick on the front yard as he looks up searching for Jensen’s window, strikes a pose like those Mexican guitar players, and begins to sing. His voice is squeaky but too soft. Jared clears his throat, and starts again.

The window creaks open above his head and next he hears Jensen yell.

Grinning like a maniac, Jared scurries inside.
