I did everything Erendis told me to do. I sabotaged the cloning tubes, I planted the evidence about Mouth... and I made sure everyone saw him and Gwathren fighting.
I told her we were playing a game. And she's so stupid and trusting she just did everything I said. It was twenty questions and I told her what type of questions she was supposed to ask.
It was in front of Mouth and the first set was about Gilraen and the second was about strumpets. And it looked like she was doing most of it, so Mouth yelled at her. Didn't do anything, just yelled at her to go away.
And I told her to hold still later. And then I put down the evidence about Mouth and went yelling to Trotter.
It was exactly like what Erendis told me to do.
Grima couldn't put Mouth back together again. I've never seen Trotter actually use his sword on anything that didn't have claws and wings before. So Mouth's put away.
Grima said that Mouth was like that when they first got him. Dead.
So...I guess they could fix him. Not that I want him to. He murdered me. He said he was going to help me and he killed me and I just did the same thing to him, sort of.
And then they found out the cloning machine doesn't work anymore, so Ioreth couldn't kill Trotter until he'd given her his reasons and then she didn't kill him and I'm sort of glad except I don't think he's been 'horribly punished' like Erendis said he would be.
Everyone was going on about how Mouth couldn't, cause he had those chips and Grima said he'd been ruining them to make Mouth hurt because Erendis...Erendis told him to. And that Mouth could have done anything he wanted...
I think the only people that came out the worst for this is me, Gwathren and Mouth.
