...R-Robin. WELL HIS MEMORY CAME BACK NOW, SO THEY SHOULD THREAD.

OH gosh, um. well first he is genuinely sad, because he liked Rabi! But he's had friends leave before and know they gotta do what they wanna do, so he won't let THAT part bug him. What bugs him is how sad Yuki and Ruka are, and how camp has numbed him a little to what feeling like losing someone important to you feels like-- he's been here so long that the last time that happened feels like it almost never happened! And so it was a wake up call to how much he really treasures the people important to him, and how he feels... guilty? For enjoying a shallow fun girlfriend because he was bored, when those around him take their relationships much more seriously. Kazuki wants to take his relationships seriously! He wants to have FUN, yes, but he still considers his relationships really important, and if he dates someone he wants to do it because they're REALLY important to him and he wants to treasure what time he has with them. Like Yuki and Rabi did. :(b

Why would Robin go off the deep-end?

One of Robin's really bad triggers is people she cares about being taken away from her. It's happened before in the past, often due to her involvement, that has sometimes ended pretty badly. Eventually she would start to view Kazuki without his memory as being "taken" from her in a sense, and it would really upset her. And while she's doing better about not letting terrible things happen when she's upset, it's still... not a great idea. :X

What would Kazuki do if Haruki was gone?

GOSH

Okay, well di[e]ce is pretty much the story of How Kazuki Gets Over Haruki Leaving And Grows Up A Little. No lie.

Considering his canon development, while he would be UPSET, he would not have been as upset as he once was. It's canonical that they both somewhat acknowledge that they now are walking on different paths and have split up from how tight they were before everything happened. Heck, by the end, as long as Haruki was ALIVE Kazuki would be happy. Oooon the other hand, it's also canonical that even if they split, they still care very deeply for each other and couldn't bear for the other to die while the other still lived. And that when it comes down to it, they pretty much revolve around each other and could forgive each other anything. Though Kazuki develops to become independent of Haruki, with the ability to resist Haruki offering to join up and have his own team do what he considers right, he still moons over him. A lot.

AND THEN THERE'S CAMP. Kazuki acknowledges that Haruki is crazy, and he's crazy for still loving Haruki, because he can't NOT love Haruki. And it's not that he doesn't CARE, but he accepts it as a fact. However, he's also acknowledged he still wants to move on his own path-- even if Haruki still desperately wants Kazuki not to "split" from him. Theee problem is balancing the "I LOVE HARUKI!" with the "I WANT TO BE INDEPENDENT!", and ultimately he came to the conclusion that Haruki can try as many times as he wants to leave Kazuki, or control him, or "tie" him down... and Kazuki will resist and do things his way, but ultimately he is okay with it because he loves Haruki and if Haruki feels like he needs to do that, then that's okay!! That's his choice, and Kazuki wants Haruki to do what he REALLY wants to do, and be independant from him-- which he KNOWS is not killing people either, because that's just Haruki trying to push Kazuki away and that is stupid and not what Haruki wants at all. :T

Besides that, anything is better than Haruki actively ACTUALLY leaving him, as mentioned-- not just being separated or moving on their own paths, but possible total isolation and removing himself from Kazuki's life, and Kazuki not knowing if he's alive or not. Haruki tried this in canon too, so Kazuki would become independent and resentful enough to kill Haruki instead of vice versa, and... Kazuki didn't fall for it and he hates it because it not only hurts Haruki, but so many other people too, and it's generally a BAD IDEA and HARUKI JUST GET USED TO THE FACT I LOVE YOU AND WON'T LET YOU DO IT ALREADY!! ...so basically, Kazuki ties down Haruki too. It's a very unhealthy relationship, where they try to exert each others independent wills over each other, except that Kazuki is no longer so passive to Haruki and his machinations.

Which brings me to FINALLY ANSWERING YOUR QUESTION, GOD, I'M SORRY. But basically, he would take Haruki leaving camp with grace (if.... a bunch of crying, initially,) as long as it wasn't Haruki actively trying to leave Kazuki. If he's being taken away against his will, which Kazuki ended up presuming what di[e]ce was all about and why Haruki pushed him away then, then funnily enough Kazuki would be a lot more cool with it because he would "know" he would see Haruki again, because that would also be what Haruki would want as an individual. That said, he would STILL MISS HARUKI LIKE HELL and moon over him a lot and generally annoy people when he does. But like in canon, he would move on, make new friends, and... in his own way, wait patiently to see Haruki again.

QUESTION: How would Robin react to being able to leave camp forever?
