You might be able to bend back his fingers, get him to let go. But none of these suggestions guarantee your safety. There is nothing a woman can do to guarantee that she will never be raped. Rape is a widespread social disease, and it can only be stopped through widespread social action.

It's easy to say that but you can shout all your "facts", but you'll never understand what I and so many others went through. I hope and pray that nobody you know has been attacked because if they see this, it's just another reminder of what they should have, could have, and would have done.
