May I suggest everyone watches the new Captain America trailer, like, right now!
1) So, if you're curious, the iPhone autocorrects 'fannish' to 'Gambian' - I have nearly, several times, talked to tahariel about 'Gambian squee' this morning. That would have been weird.
2) Okay, so this is awesome and seems to be slightly more accurate than all those 'It's so easy to get yourself published' articles - How to Become an Author, in 5 Incredibly Difficult Steps
3) I agree with everything said here:- Was There a 'Great' Drama on Network TV This Season? - Because, while I do love The Good Wife and think it's awesome, I also think The Good Wife isn't amazing and brilliant, like, say Friday Night Lights, which I do think is a truly amazing show.
4) Torchwood: Miracle Day UK transmission now at least a week after US premiere? Okay, so I have no idea when the BBC will air it, but, really, if they leave it too long, then the majority of people will download it anyway. I really hope that the BBC aren't that stupid.
5) This is a fascinating account of Rosanne being more batshit crazy than she usually is which I'm sure you'll agree is impressive It's kind of old news now, but someone may have missed it and it is interesting to read about.

7) A fascinating and generally depressing at how women did, and often still do, get treated in comic book shops. The Women Men Won't See. The comments are awesome because there are so many stories of how comic book shops are welcoming and inclusive. It also generally makes me happy that for the few comics I do buy, I generally get them online.
