Searching for pancake recipes, the cute-shaped ones I want seem to be made using either molds or through pouring techniques.
If you don't have a pancake pen, you can use "one of those sauce squeezy tubes".
Manipulating the batter with spoons, forks, or spatulas is also fair game (=^‥^=)b
