Currently reading Kiss Blue by Keiko Kinoshita. Having an unrequited love sure is tough. More so if it's towards a best friend who's of the same sex. Such is the unenviable position Tomosaka finds himself in. I think that the way this manga is drawn perfectly suits the themes. It certainly conveys Tomosaka's torn feelings - he wants to be with Noda, but at the same time, it hurts to be in his company as only his friend. Sort of like pulling you just enough from the edge of a cliff. But the art style is also gentle(?) that seems to say that feeling this way is okay too. The title is ingenious too, as you can imagine what sort of kiss is blue, or how kissing the color blue would be - both calm (peaceful) and intense, right? At least I'm assuming that's what the title means as I haven't finished this yet.
