feeling bad

today i worked outside in the freezing cold all day, as usual i was sweating from the exercise, but also today i was sweating from a terrible fever and cold i have...
hot sweaty feverish body + other cold symptoms + icy air + strenuous exercise = pain and suffering!

i felt so horrible all day, i cannot remember the last time i felt so bad.
