(no subject)
My day was not so horrible at all. It actually went really fast and it wasn't so bad not being able to eat all day. My lab also got out like 20 minutes early so I sat outside for a bit and chilled.
My German class got over at 3:10. yay!! I'm done! So, I walk downstairs and as the outside becomes visible, I see that it's raining. I think-no problem, I have my umbrella, it's all good. There was definitely some heavy duty lightening going on though, so maybe not the safest thing. Anyways, I pull out the umbrella and start walking, only to realize that the sidewalks are rivers with water up to my ankles. I splash my way through, my pants thoroughly soaked by the time I get back to my room.
However, on the way a random guy walked up to me and asked if I was going to Coate, so we shared an umbrella-a very tiny umbrella. His name is Sam and he's from Madison and he seems like a nice kid, even though I only talked to him for like 5 minutes. It turns out he lives on my floor, right down the hall so that's cool. Anyways, that was my excitement for the day. :)
